- What type of franchise is available?
Personal Training Professionals, LLC offers you the chance to operate a PTP Franchise
business. Services offered include personalized health and fitness training services and
a variety of other related optional services including nutritional counseling, small group
classes, pilates, yoga, youth fitness programs and massage therapy.
- How much does the franchise cost?
The estimated initial investment, including the franchise fee, ranges from $140,300 to $223,000.
- How much is the fee for continuing support services?
The continuing services, or “royalty fee,” is 6% of your gross sales and is paid weekly.
This fee entitles you to use the PTP service mark, use of distinctive system, marketing
assistance, ongoing business development and counseling, and other benefits that
come with being a PTP franchisee.
- Will I have an exclusive territory?
Personal Training Professionals, LLC. does not grant you an exclusive territory.
However, we do grant you an “Area of Primary Responsibility.”
- What about advertising?
The PTP name and reputation is an important part of our business. You will spend a
minimum of $10,000 on grand-opening advertising during the first three months of
operations. You will also spend at least 3% of your gross sales per month on local
advertising. In addition, if we should establish fees for a Marketing Fund, you
will be expected to make Marketing Fund contributions of up to 1% of your weekly
gross sales.
- How much training is provided in the PTP system?
You will participate in an initial training course. The initial program will focus on all
aspects of the PTP franchise system and is comprised of classroom and on-the-job
training.
- What is the term of the Personal Training Professionals, LLC Agreement?
The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is five years from the date the Franchise
Agreement is signed. The franchise is renewable for three additional terms of five
years each, providing you have complied with the provisions of the Franchise
Agreement.
